With nearly 20 years in healthcare and 15 in healthcare advertising, Natalie has led major growth and global pharma launches. Now, as co-founder of Atomic Matter, she blends deep industry expertise with the agility of an independent agency to drive innovation in healthcare communications.

Frankie Everson,
Co-founder & Head of Strategy

With 12 years of experience in healthcare advertising, and having previously led Strategy teams at two major Health agencies, Frankie has played a pivotal role in shaping and elevating some of the world's most renowned pharma brands - from pre-launch market shaping through to loss-of-exclusivity.

Paul Foster,
Co-founder & Executive Creative Director

Paul blends expertise in FMCG and healthcare advertising to bring fresh thinking to the space. His experience includes award-winning ECD roles in Milan and London, during which time he has been responsible for building and refreshing some of the biggest brands in pharma.
